How far in advance should I book my rentals?
We recommend booking as soon as your date is secured, ideally 6-12 months in advance. This ensures availability for your specific event date.
What areas do you provide services to?
For coordinating, we currently only have the means to serve THE VENUE at Wildflower Ridge couples. For our rentals, we proudly serve the Marthasville, MO area and surrounding regions.
Do you offer a bundle package for coordinating and a dance floor rental?
YES! We offer a $150 discount if you book our Full Day-of Coordinating Package and rent a checkered dance floor!
Is the dance floor meant for indoor or outdoor use?
Our dance floors can be set up for indoor or outdoor events as long as conditions remain safe. Installation requires a surface that is completely flat, firm, dry, and debris-free. We are unable to set up in areas that are muddy or wet. In the event of inclement weather, the client must have a back up plan (e.g., tent, INDOOR space, covered area).
Can you accommodate same day delivery and pick up with the dance floor?
Yes, we can accommodate same-day delivery and pickup in some cases. Availability depends on your event location and our schedule for that day, so please contact us with your event address and timing, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Is a deposit required to book? Is it refundable?
For coordinating, half of the initial deposit of 50% is refundable if cancellation offers 6 months prior to the event date. If less than 6 months to the event date, the initial deposit of 50% is non refundable. If the event is cancelled within 30 days of the event, the remaining invoiced balance is due in full. If you need to reschedule, the deposit is transferable to open dates.
